Due to ongoing success and growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our clients continued success and growth. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from
identifying and sourcing top talent to presenting candidates to clients and closing successful placements.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, communicating effectively with candidates/clients to arrange interviews, give feedback and assist with the offer stage.
• Identify potential new clients and key decision makers to improve and expand relationships.
• Develop a strong business plan with the help of a hands-on Director who wants to see you succeed.
• Maximise social media and job boards to identify top talent.

Ideal candidate:
• 2-3 years recruitment experience (any sector).
• Passion and drive to become a successful 360 recruiter.
